No. Your seats are not reserved until payment has been successfully completed. Unpaid bookings may be automatically cancelled and the selected seats released to other guests.

Yes. English subtitles are available during the performance to help international visitors follow the story and scenes.
Yes. The Peking Opera Show is family-friendly and suitable for visitors of different ages. Children under 3 may enter free if they do not occupy a seat.
There is no strict dress code. Smart casual or comfortable clothing is recommended.

Getting There
Tianleyuan Theatre is located at No. 68 Xianyukou Street, Qianmen, Dongcheng District, Beijing, in the historic Qianmen area.
The nearest subway station is Qianmen Station on Line 2. From Qianmen Station, Tianleyuan Theatre is approximately a 10-minute walk away.
Use Exit C at Qianmen Station. From Exit C, walk south toward Xianyukou Hutong. Tianleyuan Theatre is approximately a 10-minute walk from the station.
Yes. Taxis and ride-hailing services such as Didi are convenient options. You can show the driver the Chinese address of Tianleyuan Theatre if needed
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the performance starts. This gives you enough time to reach the theatre, enter the venue, and find your seat.

Tickets, Seats & Arrival
Yes. Advance booking is recommended because the number of seats available for each performance is limited.
Available seating categories and prices are shown on the booking page. You can select the ticket category that best matches your preferred view and budget.
Please have your booking name ready on your phone. A printed ticket is not required.
Please try to arrive at least 30 minutes before the show. If you arrive after the performance has started, entry may be subject to the theatre’s on-site arrangements.

Cancellation & Refunds
You can receive a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 5 hours before the scheduled show start time. Cancellations made within 5 hours of the show start time are generally not eligible for a refund.

No-shows are generally non-refundable. If you know that you cannot attend, please contact us as early as possible.
