Booking Guide
1. Collect tickets at the theatre front desk.
No passport or ID is required. Simply provide the booking name to collect your tickets. No e-ticket or entry QR code is provided.
2. Check email for booking confirmation.
A confirmation email has been sent automatically. Please check the Spam or Junk folder if the email is missing.
3. Hotel pickup & accessible seating: advance contact required.
Hotel pickup and step-free / barrier-free access are available upon request. Please contact us via WhatsApp or WeChat in advance to make arrangements.
☕ Good to Know: Light refreshments, including coffee and bottled water, are available for purchase inside the theatre lobby.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 8 hours before the showtime are eligible for a full refund. Please contact customer service to process.
- Free Rescheduling: Schedule changes can be accommodated for free. Please contact customer service in advance (subject to seat availability).
- No Show: Refunds are not provided for guests who do not attend the performance without prior notice.
